Rules for renting space
1. Wangchan Forest Learning Center opens on Tuesday – Sunday (closes on every Monday) from 9.00 A.M. – 4.00 P.M.
2. Renters can reserve available venues via https://learningcenter.pttreforestation.com/ at least 15 days in advance.
3. Fill in additional information (if any).
4. Specify number of staff for the venue.
5. Officer directly contacts the coordinator to confirm the reservation at least 10 days before the venue set up date.
6. Renter must pay the full amount of rental fee and damage insurance which is 50% of rental fee after confirmation by the officer.
7. Cancellation must be informed to the center at least 3 days before the visit by direct contact via the Learning Center’s number (+66)98 283 1857 only.
*10% of full rental fee will be charged for late cancellation as penalty
